SAE announces that Mr Mark Elborne has resigned his position as a SIMEC nominated Director on the SAE Board and will therefore step down as a non-executive director of SAE, effective immediately.
The Chairman and the Board of Directors would like to thank Mr Elborne for his commitment in helping in the continuing development of SAE and its projects.
